Vox Dei: Training Prophets

Did you know that you can be trained to be a prophet? Vox Dei's website claims it is 'an online learning environment for training prophets. It's designed to equip you with the skills to hear God's voice and confidently communicate prophetic words...it's a safe space to help you overcome your fear of failure'.

There are three courses available, the Apprenticeship at $1295, Mentorship Community at $249 or Just the Course at a mere $149. Sadly, the places to become a prophetic apprentice are already sold out, but if you’re content being a third-rate 'Just the Course' prophet, you’ll still be provided with:

  • 12 Week Vox Dei Training Course
  • Prophecy 101 Mini-Course
  • The Kiss of the Father eBook
  • Gaining Heaven's Perspective eBook (A guide to hearing and seeing (sic) the voice of God.)

* Just the Course does not include workbook activations, assignments, or guest speakers.

I’m increasingly of the opinion that this is no mere charismatic excess, it is a totally different religion. See the advertising video below, and tell me this is even broadly Christian:

There was more prophetic spirit in Martin Luther's toenail than there is in this course purporting to train prophets. So let me give you a prophetic word of my own:

“The prophets prophesy lies in My name. I have not sent them, commanded them, nor spoken to them; they prophesy to you a false vision, divination, a worthless thing, and the deceit of their heart". (Jeremiah 14:14)
