Book Box

Back in September, the members agreed to having a ‘book box’ erected in the chapel grounds. This was duly constructed and is now just awaiting a sign. Although helpful and suitable secular books may be placed inside in the hope that local readers find something interesting, there will always be a stock of good Christian tomes and Bibles, and all for free. Visitors might come to the chapel to see the remarkable views, or visit the burial place of a loved one, or seek a bench for a picnic, but might still, by God’s grace, find something even more beautiful.

And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all days of his life, that he may learn to fear the Lord his God, and to keep all the words of this Law, and these ordinances to do them. Deuteronomy 17:19, Geneva Bible
