This little, late-flowering Easter cactus flower opens up fully in the sunlight and closes with sundown. It’s pretty enough when closed, but stunning at midday.

Would that each of us spent more time basking in Christ’s bright radiance instead of admiring the dim tealights of this dusky world. The more we behold Christ’s beauty, the more beautiful we become.
