Trans Barbie

Matel, the famous toy manufacturer and maker of the Barbie Doll, has waded into the gender ideology swamp by planning to produce a transgender Barbie. Based on actor Laverne Cox, a biological male who identifies as trans, the first transgender Barbie Doll is meant to show the importance of ‘acceptance at every age’, says Mattel.

One wonders whose acceptance they are seeking. Little girls who enjoy dressing these dollies and playing about with them? Or campaigning adults, some of whom may be suffering from confusion? This pernicious foisting of trans-ideology onto young minds is a clever way of attempting to normalise something that 6,000 years of human history and biology have deemed abnormal. If Barbies of the 1970s, 80s and 90s encouraged little girls to flaunt their older bodies with skimpy outfits and excessive face paint, 2020s Barbie tells children that the bodies they have might not be right for them, and that they should consider changing them.

But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it is better for him that a heavy millstone be hung around his neck, and that he be drowned in the depths of the sea. Matthew 18:6
