Purple Clematis

This clematis viticella’s petals are large and blowsy, perhaps a little untidy, but doesn't the colour more than compensate for any perceived lack of neatness? Whereas some flowers are diligently symmetrical and uniform, the flower pictured is carefree and untroubled, yet rich in hue. God made all flowers and their many varieties testify to His genius.

We cannot be good at everything and we may nor excel in anything, but where we can do well, we ought to do well. The pastor might be poor at maintaining a building but may he do well at his preaching; the one who washes up might not chair a meeting, but can he make those pots shine.
