St Mary and All Saints' Church, Conwy

As the centuries wore on, the tower of St Mary and All Saints' Church, Conwy, rose from the ground. The lower section is from the 1100s, the next from the 1300s and the top part from the 1400s, the style of each level’s window helpfully dating the construction. From the time of Reformation in the mid-1500s, church enlargement was no longer seen as a charitable or pious act in its own right, so few older church towers post-date that rediscovering of biblical truth.
